Some of our neighbours do carol singing around our local streets at Christmas in order to collect items for Foodbank. This year they also wanted to raise money for Growbaby to support some of the Afghan refugee families we know. They collected nearly £500 which we've been able to give to the families to buy items that they need as some of them start to be rehoused from their initial temporary accommodation. They have been so thankful and we have been so overwhelmed by the generosity of our local community.
